Pre-made and custom clothes and handicrafts

Located 15 minutes northeast of the city of Battambang, Cambodia, the Norea Vocational Training Center has helped many young women learn how to sew and allows them to work in a safe, comfortable environment.

With the support of the Asian Children’s Education Fund in Japan (ACEF) and the Mother Karuna Project through its parent organization, Buddhism for Development (BFD) in Cambodia, these women have been given the opportunity to improve the quality of their lives.  All of them came from disadvantaged circumstances, and now with meaningful work they have the strength to build independent lives.

We invite you to see some of the work that we do and hope that we can work with you in the future.

Made to measure clothing and alterations are also available. Our products are available for sale at our centre at Wat Norea, at BFD's office in Anlongvil and at the Steung Sangker Hotel, Omega Hotel (the former TEO Hotel), Bun Chhouk market, Leu market, BB Mart and Lochar restaurant in Battambang city.
